Welcome to Craftivate. Grab a seat. You’re busy making the world turn, so we’re not going to waste your time with 40 pages of legal jargon. Here is the "too long; didn't read" version of how we operate, so you can get back to doing the real work.

1. THE RUNDOWN (Simplified Policies)

-Shipping: You do enough math on the job. We kept it simple: Shipping is 100% Free to the US and Canada. No surprise fees at the finish line.
-Patience is a Virtue: We don't have a warehouse full of dusty boxes. Every item is custom-printed just for you. Give us 1–5 business days to get it prepped and out the door.
-The Wait: Once it ships, expect about 5–9 business days for US deliveries. For our Canadian allies, please allow 10–20 business days (blame the border, not us).
-Returns: Because we print your specific career on your specific item the second you order it, all sales are final. We’re a small shop, not a big-box conglomerate. Double-check your titles and sizes like you’re double-checking a safety harness—once the machines start humming, it’s yours.

2. "WHERE IS MY GEAR?" (Live Tracking)

We know you’re micromanaging that package. Honestly? We’d do the same. Here’s how to stalk your order legally:
-Tracking Tab: Click the "Track Your Order" under The Briefing tab in the Main Menu.
-The Footer: There’s a "Live Tracking" link at the bottom of every page if you get lost.
-Email: We’ll send you a tracking number the moment your gear clears production. If you don't see it, check your spam folder—it’s usually hiding next to the "Enlarge Your..." emails.

3. THE "DON'T BE THAT PERSON" CLAUSE (Our Designs)

We put a lot of blood, sweat and caffeine into these designs. All illustrations and those stick figures are the exclusive property of Craftivate.
-The Rule: Don't steal our stuff, copy it or try to sell it. It’s uncool, it’s illegal and we’re better than that.If you like the art, buy the mug.

THE CORRECTION REQUEST

The machines had a moment or the carrier played frisbee. Either way, the gear isn’t up to code. Fill this out so we can reset the clock and get you a fresh one.

Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, PDF, DOC. Max size: 10MB. If your site photos are too "Heavy Duty" for this form, dispatch them directly to info@craftivate.ca with your Order # in the subject line.

The Intel

I made a mistake. Can I change my order?

If you catch us within 2 hours, we can usually stop the train. After that, the machines have taken over. Contact us at info@craftivate.ca and we’ll see if we can perform a miracle.

Why did I only get one item when I ordered two?

We use specialized facilities for different products. Your travel mug and your tote bag are likely coming from different shops. They’re both coming; they just aren't carpooling.

Can I send this directly to my 8-Hour Ally? Do you include a gift note?

You can absolutely ship directly to your favorite coworker. However, we keep things minimalist—we don't currently include gift notes or fancy wrapping. The gear speaks for itself. Just make sure you put their address in the 'Shipping' section and yours in the 'Billing' section.

How much caffeine do these mugs actually hold?

Our standard mug holds 11oz (the 'Standard Shift'), while our large holds 15oz (the 'Overtime Edition'). Our stainless travel mug holds 14oz. Choose wisely based on how many hours you’ve got left on the clock.

How do I clean the Canvas Lunch Bag after a rough shift?

Spills happen. Spot clean that bag with a damp cloth and some mild soap. Don’t toss it in the wash or the dryer unless you want it to come out looking like a crumpled-up memo from HR.

Is this mug going to survive the dishwasher or is it a 'hand-wash only' nightmare?

Our 11oz and 15oz ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. They’re built to handle the heat, just like you. However, for the 14oz Stainless Steel Travel Mugs, we recommend hand-washing. Let’s keep that vacuum seal tight and the finish looking sharp—don't throw it in the machine.

Can I get a discount for the whole crew?

Gearing up the whole shop? We love that energy. If you’re ordering 10+ items, email us and we’ll talk about a "Bulk Appreciation" discount.

I don't see my specific career here. Am I invisible to you too?

Is my data safer here than a site supervisor's secret snack stash?

Definitely. Our store is powered by Shopify, meaning your payment info is encrypted and handled by the pros. We never see your credit card details—we just see that the gear is paid for so we can get to work.
