RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Craftivate, we don't believe in fluff or waste. Every single item in our shop is custom-printed specifically for you at the moment you order it. Because we don't hold "stock" on a shelf, we have a strict policy to keep the gears turning smoothly.

1. No-Return Policy (Final Sale)

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, Craftivate does not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "incorrect selection."
All sales are final. We strongly encourage you to double-check your career titles, product sizes, and shipping address before finalizing your purchase. Whether you're in the "Heavy Duty" or "Frontline" category, we know you value precision—please apply that same precision to your order details.

2. The Exception: Damaged or Misprinted Gear

If the machines fail or the carrier plays football with your package, we’ve got your back. We don't do refunds, but we always ensure you get the quality gear you paid for.
We will provide a free replacement if your item arrives:
Damaged: Broken mugs, torn bags, or cracked canvas.
Misprinted: The design is significantly off-center, blurry, or the wrong career title was printed.
Defective: The product itself is non-functional (e.g., a travel mug lid that doesn't close).

3. How to Start a Replacement Claim

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivered date.
-Capture the Evidence: Take a clear photo of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.
-Submit Your Claim: Head over to The Info page to fill out our claim form. Or email the photos,detailed description of the defect and your order number to info@craftivate.ca.
-The Fix: Once we verify the defect, we will put a brand-new replacement into production immediately at no extra cost to you.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We ship to the exact coordinates you provide. If an order is "returned to sender" or lost because the address provided at checkout was incorrect, we cannot offer a refund or a free replacement. Please ensure your "Dispatch" details are 100% accurate.

5. Cancellations

Because our production partners (District Photo, MWW, and Printify Choice) move faster than a dispatcher on a double-shift, orders are sent to production almost immediately. We cannot guaranteed cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel, contact us within 2 hours, and we will do our best to stop the train.
