Craftivate Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Craftivate, we know you're busy making the world turn. We’ve kept our shipping simple: It’s free. No hidden fees at checkout. We currently serve the United States and Canada exclusively.

1. The Timeline (Production + Transit)

Because we use specialized production partners (like District Photo and MWW On Demand) to ensure your gear doesn't look like a cheap DIY project, every item is made-to-order.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
  • Handling Time (Production): 1–5 Business Days.
  • Transit Time (Shipping):United States: 5–9 Business Days.Canada: 10–20 Business Days.
  • Total Delivery Time: 6–14 days (USA) or 11–25 days (Canada).

2. Shipping Costs & Customs

  • Shipping Fee: $0.00 (Standard Shipping).
  • Customs & Duties: We strive to ensure your "Free Shipping" stays free. However, for our Canadian allies, cross-border shipments may occasionally incur import duties or taxes. While we provide the merch, these government-mandated fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Tracking & Split Shipments

Because we don't believe in "one size fits all," your order might come from different specialized facilities.

  • Split Shipments: If you ordered a 14oz Mug and a Canvas Lunch Bag, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. Don't panic; we're just making sure each item is handled by the pros.
  • Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number for every package as soon as it clears the production floor.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

We're in the business of flattering the people who do the hard work—not making your life harder.

  • If the carrier plays football with your package and it arrives broken, head over to The Info tab to use our claim form, or email the photo of the damage and packaging to info@craftivate.ca within 7 days. We’ll get a replacement out to you faster than a dispatcher on a double-shift.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but your porch is empty, check with your neighbors first. If it's truly gone into the void, contact us. Note: We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

5. Returns

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our gear, all sales are final. We don't do returns or exchanges. Double-check your career titles and sizes—once it’s in production, it’s yours.
