Craftivate Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of any items purchased from Craftivate. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Geographic Shipping Restrictions
Craftivate exclusively sells and ships to customers located within Canada and the United States. We do not offer international shipping to any other regions at this time.
2. Production and Shipping Timelines
All items are made-to-order.

Production Time: Generally 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time: Generally 3–8 business days once the item has left the production facility.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to high seasonal volume, carrier backlogs, or unforeseen logistics issues. Craftivate shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays in production or transit.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders crossing international borders (e.g., USA to Canada or vice versa), shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and may be applied without prior warning.

Craftivate is not responsible for these costs. All additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the item passes to the customer.

Craftivate is not liable for packages that are delayed, lost in transit, or stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a secure and accurate shipping address. Craftivate will not be held liable for shipments delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
5. Damaged Items and Replacements
We take pride in our quality, but we understand that accidents happen during transit.

Items that arrive damaged will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

Evidence Required: To qualify for a replacement, the customer must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage (including the packaging and the product) and a detailed description within 7 days of delivery.

6. No Returns Policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, Craftivate does not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. All sales are final. Please ensure you have reviewed your order details, including career titles and product types, before finalizing your purchase.
7. Split Shipments
Because we utilize specialized production partners for different items (e.g., mugs vs. canvases), your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. No additional shipping fees will be charged for split shipments.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Craftivate, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the shipping process or the use of our delivery partners.
